Here are some of our most frequently asked questions. If you don’t find what your looking for, please contact us.

I’m looking for something more custom

We can make special orders like double layered vinyl decals, outlined decals, special colors, special fonts, or special designs. Want one part of your name larger, and another part smaller? Special characters in your name? Maybe you saw something on Facebook, or at RollerCon that you’d like to order just contact us and we’ll get you an estimate!

How long will it take to get my order?

Custom decals will ship out within 2-5 days of ordering. We cut and ship orders twice per week.

USPS Estimated Delivery Time-frame:
Domestic 3-5 business days (from date sent)
International 10-13 business days (from date sent)

Estimates are provided by the United States Postal Service and are for packages being delivered within the US. Regular First Class and do not include a guaranteed delivery date.

What do I do if I have not received my package, and it’s been longer than 3 days over the estimated delivery time frame?

Typical shipping times are:

3-5 working days within the US

10-13 working days international

If it has been longer than this, contact us at info@stitchedupstickers.com with the words DIDN’T GET MY PACKAGE in the subject line. We’ll get it figured out for you.

Do you ever sponsor leagues?

We sure do. Do you want 50% off a team order of helmet stickers? Do you want to order some RAD stickers for your merch booth for half off? How about a 10% off code for your whole league, just because your rad? We love derby, because we play derby. If you’d like to receive our sponsorship information just shoot us an email to info@stitchedupstickers.com with the word SPONSORSHIP in the subject line. While your at it, check out the leagues we already sponsor

Do you ship to APO / Military Addresses?

Yes! You can check out from our cart using your APO Address. Simply select “US Armed Forces” in the country field, and select “Americas, Europe, or Pacific” from the State/Country field. Please include the  correct unit, box, zip code etc. for your APO.

Should you have any problems with this, you may place your order with a USA address at checkout, and add a note the correct address in the “Order Notes” box on the right.

Do you ship outside the US?

Yes we do, place the items you would like to purchase in your cart. When you enter your shipping address, you will be given a shipping estimate. International shipping takes 10-13 BUSINESS days.

If you have not received your package and it has been longer than 13 business days, please contact us at info@stitchedupstickers.com with the words DIDN’T GET MY PACKAGE in the subject line.

Is there a tracking number for my package?

Regular First Class mail does not come with a tracking number. If you require a tracking number with your order please contact us. There will be an extra fee if you require tracking.

If your international order has not arrived within 10-13 business days, depending on your country, we are sometimes provided with a customs number. We will check for this number if your package is delayed.

What fonts are available for my custom sticker/decal?

Any font listed on our Font Page is available at no additional charge. If you can’t find what you are looking for, we can cut from most fonts at Dafont.com for $2.00 more. (We weed all stickers by hand, so intricate and grunge type fonts are not possible.) If you’d like a preview of your font, you can type in the font name and use the preview at Dafont.com.

What is your refund/exchange policy?

We accept returns and exchanges on all non-personalized items as long as the item is still in its original condition. However, the cost of shipping is not refunded unless the refund or exchange is due to a product defect or some other kind of error on our part.

Can I place my order over the phone?

You cannot place your order over the phone. We are an online based business and do not have the credit card processing abilities to process your order over the phone.

How do I remove myself from the mailing list?

Just click the unsubscribe link in your email
